Before becoming a broker, Recardo spent over 15 years in the manufacturing sector with The Coca-Cola Company, where he developed a strong foundation in operations, logistics, and efficiency. He later transitioned into real estate, where his ability to blend analytical thinking with a client-focused approach set him apart in the market.

Recardo is a CCIM Candidate and has already completed notable transactions, including an $8.7M land deal in Newnan, GA. His expertise includes tenant representation, lease negotiations, site selection, market analysis, and investment sales. He is also a licensed Georgia Adjuster, demonstrating his broad professional skillset and dedication to lifelong learning.
